The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year and the celebration of the onset of summer. It represents the natural shift into a time of light and warmth- a time where the seeds of abundance planted in the spring are in full bloom. It is is a chance to rejuvenate and reflect. The solstice falls yearly on June 21st- as does International Day of Yoga and National Aboriginal Day.

Join Lululemon on Wednesday, June 21st to celebrate these milestones with an experience for the community. Led by the radiant Jazz Braden and Randelle Lusk, expect a vigorous and playful vinyasa flow followed by some sweet slowness and breath work.

This class is by donation (sliding scale from $10-$20). All proceeds will go to RAVEN- Respecting Aboriginal Values and Environmental Needs- an organization which raises legal defence funds to assist indigenous peoples in protecting their constitutional rights (

Class starts at 8pm and will be followed by light refreshments. Bring your own mat and come ready to breathe and play!
